Tullie is a shining hope of positivity combined with sheer stupidity both in overly exaggerated numbers. If you think that trying to fix a phone with a hammer is a stupid idea, than that idea would seem perfectly in line with Tullie's train of thought. She doesn't tend to think things through but no matter what idea she comes up with it is always meant for the betterment of everyone around her, even if she fails most of the time at pulling off something in a beneficial manner.
There are few things that can wipe the smile off of this girl's face, but the things that do are usually small inconveniences to most. Rain on a day she was going to go jogging? That's something she'd start crying over, before immediately cheering up once someone else came along to get her mind off of it. But when things get tougher than usual like a major tragedy is unfolding, you'll find no one more confident to try their best to help and its moments like these where her optimism truly shines.
She's unwittingly honest to a fault and has trouble coming up with lies, something that has led to her honesty. When she tries to lie she will spend at least 4 minutes leading the conversation along just to come up with a lie that is the equivalent of "my dog ate my homework." Any attempt to point out this flaw to Tullie will result into her failing to rebut it before telling you the whole honest truth.
When Tullie gets excited she gets really excited, if you tell her that you're about to go and buy some lettuce for your salad this girl will grab your arm drag you to her favorite market and buy you the freshest damn lettuce you've ever seen! She is the type to get super excited about the most modest things and she'll light up like a sun if you tell her she can come with you. This excitement is backed by an inherent rowdiness that leads to her being insanely loud and annoying when she's excited. She will very much break into song when she's thrilled, and she's a horrible... horrible... singer.
When she has a goal in mind she will have trouble changing in the middle of her action and will very much rush towards the single-minded goal she has in mind, while this makes her into an incredibly hard worker it makes her inflexible when it comes to adapting to changing tides. She needs someone to keep her in line and focused on things other than her goal to be a practical force.
Similar to this no one quite falls in love as fast as Tullie does, she is the type to immediately fall in love with numerous people within the span of a single day and these people will receive her immortal support. No one quite knows what triggers her love spiral but when it happens, you will know when it happens.
Tullie is the stupidest person that has ever existed and if it wasn't for Ketsubutsu's lenient approval process there was no way she would've made it into a heroic education school, much less high school in general. She never paid attention in class due to being more focused on drawing farm animals in her journal, and due to this she doesn't know anything above an elementary school level when it comes to core education. Math is truly where she fails and it isn't uncommon for her to grow stumped by even basic mathematical equations.
APPEARANCE
WEIGHT: 136 lbs.
EYE COLOR: Blue
HAIR COLOR: Pink
FACECLAIM NAME: Kagamihara Nadeshiko
FACECLAIM SERIES: Yuru Camp (Laid-Back Camp)
Tullie is chubby for her height and it is very much due to her love of snacking, whether it be preparing more meals than she could possibly eat in one day or muching on some cheap gas-station snacks. Her hair is pink, a trait that runs through her family.
She prefers warmer clothing but isn't afraid to wear looser clothes around the summer time, usually preferring whatever is more comfortable at the time. She loves earthier tones and pastels, enjoying blending in with the nature around her.
HISTORY
Tullie remembers very little about her old home life, only remembering that she was rescued by a very small and angry tanuki. This tanuki became her foster mother, obviously not a real tanuki but someone who could turn into a tanuki! There is a clear distinction. Growing up Tullie wasn't too troubled with the going ons of the outside world but she was always enthralled by the stories her mother would tell her of their family, and of them one little angry with a penchant for beating people up! Of course not beating up good guys but bad guys! It wasn't clear what exactly or how exactly a little tanuki could beat someone up... but the young Amachi was in love with the idea that no matter how small your quirk made you that you could make a difference.
That said by the time she had come to the conclusion that she wanted to become a hero like her late family she had never got to meet, her grades were already far too poor to enter into any of the better schools. Not to mention that her quirk was far from applicable in many situations and only slightly benefited her most of the time. With this in mind she applied to Ketsubutsu a school renown for its farming and inclusivity! While it wasn't something as special as the school her late family had originally taught at she was still stoked to get approved to anything at all!
Tullie had never been the type of person who could focus in class for very long, preferring to dream about being in the warm sun rather than mulling over boring books. So the fact she actually got into a hero school was more than enough to make her feel like this was her chance to make a big break for herself! She didn't want to mooch off of her adopted mom forever and she had dreams of one day buying her something super special! So... this was the perfect way to do that! Now the young Tullie prepares to become a hero for real at Ketsubutsu and restore the Amachi name!
ITEMS
Cheap Phone- Nothing special just a simple phone that's severely outdated for the times, it has several charms hanging off of it along with her address and home-phone number as if someone was really worried she'd forget.
Backpack- It is hard to find Tullie without her signature backpack, also completely littered in pendants and charms. A bad luck charm hangs off as well, as if Tullie is standing testament against the shrine that gave her it. It is mostly filled with snacks and blankets.
Quirk AND SKILLS
QUIRK TYPE: Transformation
QUIRK RANK: Silver
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: A quirk that is genetically passed down for generations that allows the user to transform into a tanuki-like creature. That being said, turning into a Tanuki is the only similarity from iteration to iteration. From appearance to even how the quirk operates, it's often very different due to the influences of their partner's quirk in the mix.
Tullie's form of Call of the Tanuki allows her to turn into a tanuki with a straw hat, this form has extraordinary luck that allows her to circumvent disastrous consequences. She can transform into this form via 2 posts of focusing to transform, and once she does her clothes fuse into her form that way when she transforms back she is still wearing the same clothes she transformed with. After 2 posts of concentrating she'll poof into the form of a small tanuki with a hat, this hat while appearing with her quirk isn't part of her physical form and merely disappears after she transforms back. On the off chance she is wearing something dangerous she can selectively choose what to drop when transformation, including her clothes and anything she is holding. The size of her transformation is roughly a foot and a half tall and weights about 30 lbs.
The hat she appears with is what grants her extraordinary luck, while transformed she lowers any damage she takes by one tier level and avoids any side-effects of the damage due to the unnatural luck she displays. If she concentrates for 2 posts while transformed about achieving a certain outcome it is likely to transpire but only if the natural environment will allow it, for example hoping a tree branch will fall down from a nearby tree to crush an enemy would only work if she was in a forest. The injuries that are caused via this unnatural favoritism can only cause silver tier injuries and rarely majorly affect the state of a battle.
She can stay in this form for roughly 5 posts and during these 5 posts she is unable to transform back having no control over when she turns back, her body won't transform back if doing so would cram her human-sized body into a way too tight-fitting spot but for every post she spends within a crammed space past her 5 post timer the more exhausted she becomes. If she spends 3 posts in a crammed space without getting out she will become stuck in her tanuki form for a whole day but her hat will disappear leaving her without any of the lucky side effects of her form.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Tullie's quirk has very little obvious application outside of the defensive properties, and the occasional lucky break she has. She can only stay in the form for 5 posts after which she needs to rest for 3 posts before transforming again, and she can only take one rest period in a thread before being completely unable to transform until she can get an extended period of rest usually after the thread has finished.
Her hat being the source of her luck means that if someone can take the hat off of her she loses any of the lucky abilities of her quirk and becomes essentially a tanuki with no powers. She is also especially weak to people grabbing her by the tail, and has zero ways to fight back if someone shakes her by the tail giving her no time to concentrate on a lucky break to free herself.
Tullie's quirk requires several layers of concentration first needing two posts of uninterrupted concentration to transform, and then needing an additional 2 posts while transformed to have something lucky turn the tides in her favor. If someone distracts her or gets in her head than she will become unable to use any of her abilities.

SKILL NAME: Enhanced Endurance

SKILL NAME: Enhanced Speed
